This is going to be part seven of the my ongoing series #PamperWeekend where I basically show you all the amazing skincare products that I have been loving recently. Make sure to tweet me using the hashtag all the products you’ve been loving too so that I can get some more inspiration.
Today’s post features some amazing products from the brand HollyBerry which is a cruelty free family owned skincare brand. It focuses on using ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid to promote flawless skin. The first product I actually have to show you guys from them is their Hyaluronic acid and vitamin C serum.
This serum comes in a 30ml glass bottle with a pipette/dropper style dispenser to it. Texture wise I absolutely love this serum as it’s nice and light and unlike most serums it doesn’t create a tacky finish after it’s applied. The bottle is also dark glass which delights me as it’s well known that Vitamin C degrades with light.
It is recommended that this serum be used both morning and night however I have been using it basically anytime I’ve felt that my skin needs a shot of hydration. I always follow up afterwards with a moisturiser and have been using my L’oreal HydraBoost which I featured in my last #PamperWeekend post.
I received the Hollyberry Clay Mask which I didn’t like as much as the serum if I’m honest. This product only uses one ingredient and I personally found that it didn’t really do much for my skin. The way this mask is used is that you mix a small amount of it either with water or a serum that is very liquid based.
It goes on very wet and as it dries, it tends to go hard and tight which is great for giving you a temporary face lift but not anything else. I’ve been using this for roughly 3 weeks now, twice a week. It’s nice if your looking for something to pop on with girlfriends or just to relax but if your looking for benefits when it comes to your masks than I don’t recommend this.
All of these products can be purchases from the HollyBerry Website which I shall link below. The serum as far as I know costs 12 pounds which is roughly 14 euros and the mask is roughly the same.
