Glam&Co Jewel Dusts (Diane Everett Collab)

It’s a known concept on YouTube and in the blogging/vlogging sphere that any collaborations that bloggers do with brands we tend to like to support completely simply because it shows how much hard work and effort pays off. Today I’m going to be supporting the amazing Irish makeup artist and blogger Diane Everett as she has recently done a collaboration with the cosmetics brand Glam & Co.

Glam & Co. are actually well known for their for their loose pigments and glitters and have them in almost ever single colour under the sun. For this collaboration they’ve actually gone with a entirely new formulation called Jewel Dust.

Each of these loose eyeshadows/pigments looks like boring white powder but when it’s swatched or applied onto the eyes, it reflects it’s true colour in the most intense shine ever.

I have two shades from the collection and the first is the shade Petroleum, which is a gorgeous ultra violet blue reflect. The actual powder is nice and fine and I highly recommend mixing it with either MAC Fix+ or the Makeup Revolution Aqua Seal Primer to get the highest pay-off in colour with these pigments as they definitely work better when their slightly wet.

The second shade is Lilac Vibes and as the name suggest it’s a pinky purple reflect. With regards to packaging it isn’t my favourite. I really wise the jar had some sort of sifter to it or at least an internal cap because once you take of the lid it can be a bit of a messy product to use.

These pigments retail at 11.50 euros a piece and you can get them from Waterford Health Park Pharmacy here in Waterford or via the Glam & Co website for international purchases.
