YoungBlood Concealer

I normally only use concealer for one of two things; to conceal the never fading dark circles that permanently reside under my eyes and to remove the redness that hugs the curves on my nose. I have normal to combination skin which I’m very grateful for as it means I rarely get spots. For under my eyes my preference has always been towards liquid concealers such as the Urban Decay Naked Skin or the BarryM Flawless Light however I have found that layering a cream over them can give me more coverage which makes for more of a flawless finish. Not all cream concealers work for this, some are too heavy and some tend to cake, but neither of these can be said about the YoungBlood Ultimate Concealer.

YoungBlood Cosmetics is a mineral cosmetics brand meaning they don’t use any harsh or unbeneficial chemicals in the making of their products. Their concealer comes in this simply, no-nonsense pot that has a mirror (major brownie points) for on the go, making it perfect for the handbag. The consistence of the concealer is nice an thick but it can be sheered out and blended easily just by warming it with your fingers before applying it.

I personally love using this with a dampened sponge for application as it uses less product and makes for a more flawless finish. The concealer retails for 27 euros and I have it in the shade Tan which surprisingly works for me though when I repurchase I will definitely be picking it up in a shade lighter.
