RBR: Brightening Liner Duo

Its a known rule in the makeup and beauty industry that applying a white or nude liner on the waterline can instantly awaken and brighten the eyes. There are already a ton of really great liners for this on the market from different brands but today I’m featuring the newest shade from Rouge Bunny Rouge in their waterline liner duo pencils.

This Autumn, we’re adding a new, lovely shade to the waterline magic wand that is our EYES WIDE OPEN Brightening Liner Duo. With the stunning ‘Glacier Flower’, even the fairest skin beauties can indulge in highlighting their eyes and whitening their waterlines.”

As the name might imply the pencil has two ends to it. One end is a more powder formulation that can be mostly used as a highlight shade for the brow bone and the inner corner of the eyes.

” The highlighter colour is a subtly warm cream shade with just a touch of soft pink that will add the right amount of sheen to your brow bones or inner corners of the eye.”

The other end is more of a cream texture and has a longer lasting formulation that is well suited to be applied on the waterline to reduce the redness that can sometimes be present.

” The waterline colour is a light beige cream that looks absolutely natural.”

The shade itself is called Glacier Flower and retails for 27 euros on the Rouge Bunny Rouge website. You get 4.11 grams of product within the pencil.
